Greenland Halibut live in icy depths of 250-2000 metres and are caught in the waters of Greenland, Iceland, the Faroe Islands and New Foundland. The meat is snow white with a high fat content and a rich flavour, making it a popular fish for sushi, sashimi and smoking.
